Section 1.

• You have followed and pursued a policy of integrity and ethical commercial behaviour which you have never compromised.
• You have always behaved with the utmost duty of care, with a respect and loyalty to your peers and partners.

Section 2. ( You must meet at least one of these )

• You will own at least 25% of the stock in your privately owned Logistics Company, OR
• Be employed in a Family Business with a position which guarantees succession, OR
• Be a minority stockholder with a clear path to ownership OR
• You are a former owner or stockholder of a Logistics related Company but no longer have a direct or current interest in the industry.
• You have worked in the Maritime or Aviation Industries in a Senior and Influential Capacity (qualification at the discretion of the Principals )

Section 3.

• Your Company will have been established for a minimum of 5 Years, and be free of any notifiable litigation or Financial constraints.
• You will not be Bankrupt or personally insolvent
• You consider that you have accomplished significant achievements in the Logistics Industry
• You honestly believe that your unique experience will enhance the quality and value of the KM Club.
• You are prepared to discuss openly with your fellow members your business aspirations, challenges and share your experiences for the mutual benefit of the members.
• You accept that discussions at meetings will be in the strictest confidence and that minutes will not be taken, or conversations recorded or reproduced without the consent of fellow delegates.
• You will provide basic personal information, background, references, current and past business interests in or outside of the Logistics field.

This is a privately owned Virtual Members Club for hand- picked and qualified Logistics Entrepreneurs who meet a demanding criteria and who meet an ethnic and geographical quota set up to provide a balanced and informed cross section across five continents.
